Albert Einstein left his school in Munich because of the regimentation and mechanization he couldn't condone. He realized that he will never be able to follow the order of discipline as he felt suffocated amidst the unwelcoming environment.So here's the thing; no individual is same, as it is comparison will go in vain. You cannot expect a bird to swim and neither a fish to fly. Here, metaphorically, flying and swimming are two disciplines which belong to those who are capacitated and endowed. Likewise, you cannot expect an introvert to open up and an extrovert to keep quite.
When a person is forcibly told to possess a quality, he/she may loose the gifted talent or discipline he held to his name. Each one should be given right to choose or retain a discipline in order to see one's matchless potential, capability and efficacy.
